Evan F. Bane's practice is dedicated to fighting for victims of medical malpractice, construction accidents, nursing home neglect, defective products, and motor vehicle accidents. Mr. Bane handles all aspects of litigation from inception through trial, with the ultimate goal being maximum compensation for each of his clients.
Mr. Bane is a member of the Bar in both New York and New Jersey, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern District of New York, and the District of New Jersey. Mr. Bane received his J.D. from New York Law School in 2015 and his LL.M. in Taxation in 2016. Mr. Bane is the 2015 recipient of the Alfred L. Rose Award, the highest award given to students at New York Law School for outstanding legal ability, character, and potential for leadership in the legal profession. He is also the 2014 recipient of the Best Oralist award from the New York City Bar Association’s Regional Moot Court Competition.
