A construction worker hired attorneys to represent him to recover damages for injuries sustained in an accident on the job. The attorneys failed, repeatedly, to comply with court ordered discovery and, as a result, the case was dismissed. The Firm was retained and brought a legal malpractice action against these attorneys for damages sustained in the underlying accident, including herniated discs, which required a spinal fusion. This case settled before trial for $1.8 million.
