David Paul Horowitz has over 17 years of experience in complex tort litigation. He received his law degree from Fordham University School of Law in 1988 and, since that time, has become a noted specialist in product liability and construction litigation. Mr. Horowitz is the author of New York Civil Disclosure, published by LexisNexis, and has a monthly column, "Burden of Proof", in the New York State Bar Journal. Mr. Horowitz has authored numerous articles on trial practice and tactics, civil procedure and evidence. He is a regular lecturer on those subjects at numerous bar organizations, and the New York State Individual Institute, where he lectures sitting judges in New York State. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at New York Law School where he teaches New York Practice and Disclosure. He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the New York State Bar Association, the Fordham Law Alumni Association and the New York County Lawyers Inn of Court.
